Local 2 Ways is a multi-course dinner that brings together two different culinary minds for one memorable meal. Every city The Mash visits, produces another remarkable collaboration. Let's meet our chefs. 

Since joining the SmallBar Division team Justin’s food has earned him a spot on Time Out Chicago’s Top 20 Chefs to Watch list, Chicago magazine’s “Best Bar Food 2013” and many other accolades. Why? Probably because of a long aspired goal, to create great quality craft food to the everyday person. With SmallBar's focus on great beer and some of the most thoughtful bar food we've seen, Justin has met that goal.

Brooklyn Brewery's House Chef Andrew Gerson has spent 10 years in kitchens on both sides of the pond, advocating for food trucks, running his own pasta company and getting his Masters in Food Communication from the University of Gastronomic Sciencs in Pollenza, Italy.
