Started in a small Brooklyn apartment in 2009, Chaos Cooking is an unexpected dining experience that asks not that you bring money but that you bring a recipe, some ingredients and a willingness to put yourself out there, meet new people and try something out. Because the anty begs to be upped in New Orleans, this edition of Chaos will include food trucks and other surprises. 

Brooklyn Brewery is supporting Chaos Cooking throughout the tour with coldies and some scratch for ingredients.
