Throughout Philly Mash, Brooklyn Brewery will be camped out at Time Resturant & Whiskey Bar. Expect specials on Brooklyn beer, special Brooklyn beer and some unexpected pairings. The Brooklyn Brewery House Chef Andrew Gerson will be on hand to talk beer, food and more beer. We'll also be there if you just want to toss back a pint and plan the night's exploits.
Tuesday, 11/5
Tap Attack!, 5 - 7pm
Like sand through the hour glass these are the beers of our lives. We'll be pouring over 8 taps of our favorite core and seasonal Brooklyn beers with a couple rarities thrown in for good measure.
Wednesday, 11/6
Brooklyn Cask Off, 5 - 7pm
Get ready to taste some real ale by the largest producer of cask beer in the U.S., Brooklyn Brewery. We've never done the work to prove if that's true or not but why don't you come by and see how we do it the old English way.
Thursday, 11/7
Mash 'N Cheese, 5 - 7pm
Brooklyn Brewery House Chef Andrew Gerson walks us through pairings of our favorite brews with local cheeses. The cheeses will be curated by local maestros of taste, Di Bruno Brothers. Don't miss this delicious collaboration.
Friday, 11/8
Brooklyn Rarities and B-sides, 5 - 7pm
Garrett & the boys are always up to something down in the brewhouse. Oftentimes, they're bottling small batch, not-for-public specialties. From bourbon barrels to Brett, these Brooklyn B-sides always have a tasty twist that makes them hard to forget (not to mention hard to get). Because they number in such small quantity, we don't sell these bottles to the public. Show up on this night, however, and we'll lead you through tastings of some of our favorites. Show up early and thirsty.
The Mash is an interactive tour of our favorite food, music, comedy, literature and beer, visiting 11 cities from March-December in 2013.
