Brooklyn Brewery Chef Andrew Gerson and Athenos are teaming up to show you the secrets of preparing an impressive, delicious, all-from-scratch beer dinner party for your friends and family. Roll up your sleeves and join Chef Andrew in the kitchen as you chop, dice, cook, and bake a multi-course Mediterranean meal that you'll be able to whip up at home at a moment's notice.
Once you've learned how to create the dishes, pair beers, and absorbed plenty of professional tricks and tips from Chef Andrew, you'll sit down with your fellow home chefs for a family style meal. Cooking is hungry work, and there's no better way to sate that appetite than with a full spread of food you prepared accompanied by plenty of Brooklyn Brewery beer.
After the class, you'll head home with a recipe booklet from Chef Gerson and Athenos so you can share the feast with your friends. Check out the menu below:
