Three chefs, three beasts, one day of live music, food, and beer for a good a cause. Chef Brad Spence (Amis)Chef Alex Buckner and Master Butcher Bryan Mayer (Local 215 Food Truck), and Brooklyn Brewery Chef Andrew Gerson will set up to serve you, your friends and your family a sustainably-sourced fall feast. Each chef will take their unique whole animal and prepare a nose-to-tail dish with a side to match.

You'll get a plate from each chef, and a Brooklyn beer to help take it all in. Don't worry about rationing, either: there'll be plenty of beer deals to take advantage of as you eat, listen to live music and enjoy the festivities all afternoon long. Proceeds from the feast will go to The Food Trust to help others share the bounty.

Chef Brad Spence
Lamb from Double Brook Farm: bolognese with whole wheat penne rigatoni, Pecorino Romano, and mint.

Chef Alex Buckner
Pig from Double Brook Farm: whole animal poached sausage and served with fermented Pennsylvania ramps and an autumn mostarda.

Chef Andrew Gerson
Goat from Stryker Farm: braised in apple cider and fresh ginger, with a roasted and pickled fall vegetable medley.

Chef Brad Spence  is the driving force behind Amis, celebrated for its offbeat approach to creating delicious food. He also implemented their whole-animal specials Tuesday through Saturday of each week, making him an excellent choice for our feast.

Chef Alex Buckner is one of the driving minds behind the Local 215 food truck. His creations have raised the bar for food truck cuisine, with top-tier offerings and responsibly sourced creations wowing diners and winning fans wherever the truck may roam.

Chef Andrew Gerson is the Head of Culinary Programming at Brooklyn Brewery and a long-time advocate for the Slow Food movement, several food truck alliances, and genuine Italian cooking. He has been traveling the country with the Mash for three years, imbuing even more influences and styles to make his dishes veritable dynamos.

We'll be pouring:
Brooklyn Lager
East IPA
Oktoberfest
Defender IPA
