"Misir" spicy red lentils: Peppery red lentils are slow cooked with a medley of imported Ethiopian spices.
"Yatakilt" cabbage & carrots: The mild tastes of cabbage and carrots are accented with imported tumeric, offering a savory twist on traditional vegatables.
"Doro Wet" chicken stew: Antibiotic free chicken slowly cooked in a hearty onion and pepper stew, enlivened with a select blend of Ethiopian spices and Kibbeh, a deliciously seasoned olive oil.
"Loze Wet" peanut chicken stew: Antibiotic free chicken slowly cooked to tender perfection in a peanut stew made from fresh tomatoes, garlic and onions.
"Kik" yellow split peas: Yellow split peas seasoned with a variety of ingredients including onion, ginger and garlic.
