Dinner with Friends at Bing Bing Dim Sum

Grab your friends and come witness what happens when Brooklyn Brewery Chef Andrew Gerson and the team from Bing Bing Dim Sum come together in the kitchen. Chef Ben Puchowitz and Shawn Darragh's irreverent take on Chinese classics with a Jewish twist and Chef Gerson's worldwide influences will combine for a one-night-only menu delivered to your table the way we like to go out: a flock of different rare and intriguing beers on the table, a continuous stream of new courses to try alongside them, and companions to share notes with.

First Course:
Crudo - mako, shiso vinaigrette, sea beans, and watermelon
Littleneck clams - seaweed, fermented black bean, and bing bread
Shrimp dumplings - fresh horseradish, and poppy seeds
with Sorachi Ace, Bel Air Sour, and Lacto Futura

Second Course:
Crispy lamb and eggplant egg roll - kimchi dipping sauce
Cucumber salad - fermented garlic, mint, and sesame chili oil
Sichuan pepper pork dumplings - black vinegar, and shishito peppers
with Defender IPA

Third Course:
Char Siu pork shoulder & fluffy buns, fun sauces and pickles
Dry fried green beans - shrimp powder and crispy onion
with K is for Kriek and The Discreet Charm of the Framboisie

Dessert:
Black Chocolate Stout soft serve and assorted toppings
